What if I want a different design?
Just e-mail us and we can work on something custom. We want your invitation to be a celebration of you and your special day. You can view the custom invitation order form and additional information by clicking {custom invitation} here.
I like the design but want a different color.
Perfect, just let us know what design and what color. We will give you a updated proof with your colors (we will give you 3 options) for $10 extra. If you would like to learn more about our prices please click {Can You Explain The Pricing}.
I’ve ordered my invitations, when will they be shipped?
Depending on what collection you have ordered from, the rough estimate is 2-3 weeks. If you need them in a hurry please let us know, we can probably accommodate you. Also please drop us an e-mail at bumble@redbumblebee.com if you have any questions regarding your order.
When should I start addressing my invitations?
We recommend to start 3 months prior to your wedding date. It is a long process, but we can help. We offer many options, we can either send your envelopes to you early prior to the invitations so that you can get a head start on you addressing or we also offer:
• Computer calligraphy at $0.30 per envelope set plus a $15 set up fee
• Beautiful Hand Calligraphy - prices vary by font
When should I mail my invitations?
We recommend to send your invitations 6-8 weeks prior to your event. This allows your guests to book the event in their calendar. Please see our calendar for when you should mail you invitations. {This is a handy tool!}
When should I mail my save the dates?
If you are getting married around a holiday or having a destination wedding, think about sending out “Save the Date” cards any where from 5-12 months out - your guests will thank you.
What are your shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are free for UPS Ground for the continental USA. If you need something quicker, please contact us and we will provide a shipping quote. All international orders are subject to shipping rates.
Do you have a font list I can look at?
Yes we do, please contact us so we can send you our link.
Can you rush design my invitations?
We would be happy to work on your design with speed. Rush orders are subject to fee’s below:
• 12 weeks before wedding date: $85
• 11 weeks before wedding date: $100
• 10 weeks before wedding date: $120
• 9 weeks before wedding date: $165
• 8 weeks before wedding date: $265
• 7 weeks before wedding date: $365
• 6 weeks before wedding date: $465
• 5 weeks before wedding date: $565
• 4 weeks before wedding date: $665
• 3 weeks before wedding date: $765

What printing process do you use?
We use a variety of techniques from offset printing, letterpress, thermography and even hand created embossing. If you have something in mind that you saw or would like to try on a specific design just let us know.
I need help with wording, can you help me?
Absolutely- whether you are having a July Lobster roast or the most formal of weddings we can help find the perfect way to say it. Just e-mail us and we would be happy to help find those perfect words.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, so just let us know where you need them to be sent. WE can give you an estimated shipping cost to you

We would love to meet with you! If you happen to be in Boise, Idaho USA. Give us a call and we’ll schedule a time to meet. If you won’t be in the area, we can discuss everything either via the phone, e-mail or even through a video conference. Whatever makes the most beautiful invitations!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is your store?
